Bob is the Director of Financial Services and founding member of ETHOS Strategic Partners. Bob began his financial services career after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley University. He served as a financial representative and sales manager with New York Life Insurance Company, and then held roles at AIG as an Agency Manager and served as a Senior Vice President for Bank of America, CNA-Viaticus, and Citi/Smith Barney before starting his own private Independent Registered Investment Advisory Practice from 2009 to 2013.
Bob has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies™, the standards-setting body for fi360. The AIF designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The designation is the culmination of a rigorous training program which includes an agreement to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. On an ongoing basis, completion of continuing education and adherence to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards are required to maintain the AIF designation.
Bob is a former board member of “Brain Balancing of Greater Boston,” an organization dedicated to improving technology that will change how head injuries, PTSD, ADD, and other conditions are treated.

Known for her patience, reliability, and caring, Samantha is a seasoned Financial Advisor and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA). She works closely with clients navigating the financial aspects of divorce, with a focus on supporting individuals in the post-divorce phase. Drawing on her own experience as the child of divorce and understanding its impact on families, Samantha is committed to providing compassionate and knowledgeable guidance.
Samantha specializes in helping clients understand their assets, the financial implications of asset division, and support arrangements, with an emphasis on ensuring they feel secure about their financial future. Her goal is to answer the question, “Am I going to be okay?” and to help clients build confidence in their financial stability post-divorce.
In addition to her work with clients, Samantha volunteers as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Waldorf School at Moraine Farm, reflecting her dedication to community engagement and education.
A founding member of ETHOS Strategic Partners, Samantha earned her degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in gardening and traveling.

Pratik Patel joined the Ethos team in 2023 as a Registered Associate and Business Development Officer. In this role Pratik works with the leadership team and our clients to help achieve their financial success.
He has a diverse background in sales, operations and customer service since 2002, Pratik’s time with American Express, Citibank and building a startup, MD Revolution, gives him unique insights for different types of individuals, families and business owners. Pratik has a Series 7, 66, life/health licenses, along with the CDFA and CEPA designations, Pratik has a vast amount of experience in multiple specialties to bring to the table.
Pratik received his medical degree in 2001 and has a B.S. in Psychology/Biology. When not working Pratik is an avid memorabilia collector and active outdoorsman.

After graduating, he began his career at Johnson & Johnson before transitioning into the information technology sector. As the founder of a national IT consulting firm, Glenn gained invaluable experience in building a successful business from the ground up, navigating challenges, and avoiding common pitfalls.

Before entering the financial services industry, Maya gained experience in sales and marketing within consumer goods and commercial real estate. While at the University of Arizona, she was actively involved in several leadership and professional organizations, including the Eller Professional Sales Club, Professional Women in Business Association, Arizona Marketing Association, Eller Cohort Advisory Board, and Executive Board for Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Cheryl joined ETHOS Strategic Partners LLC in March 2019 as the Office Manager. Cheryl has a varied background in customer service, project management and supporting senior executives, with a little marketing & recruiting along the way as well. She finds the Financial Services industry quite interesting after spending 30 years with John Hancock Financial Services and enjoys supporting clients and Advisors.
